CD/radio music system.
The spectacular bathroom is finished with slate and a stripped wood floor. It includes a generously sized bath
with power-shower over.

THE INDIA SUITE
The India suite features a large bedroom with carved wooden super-king Indian four poster bed (6 foot wide!) and en-suite shower room with toilet facilities.
The bedroom is finished with Indian themed wall art and solid maple flooring.
The private sitting room is the perfect place to relax with a comfy sofa, occasional chairs and a 32" HDTV with DVD.
To complete the suite, India has private use of a second 'seaside' themed bathroom.
This room is finished with Welsh slate and warm colours with a pebble mural leading to the bath, set in its own
curtained alcove at the end of the room.

AMSTERDAM
Our most romantic room, this superior room features a fabulous, king-size, Balinese four poster bed with drapes.
The en-suite in Amsterdam includes a roomy shower.
The first-floor location gives Amsterdam a splendid view by day towards Cockington in the South-West.
By night, curl up on the sofa - it's the perfect place to relax and watch a DVD or two on the 32" wide-screen HDTV.

BALI
Bali is a spacious room on the first-floor with a panoramic view across Torquay town. Bali is themed with a beautiful King Size bed,
striking Balinese masks, wall-art and a wooden elephant motif dressing table. A 32" wall-mounted HDTV and DVD player are
provided for your entertainment. The modern en-suite, fully renovated in May 2008 is complete with a generous sized shower and
heated towel rail. This blue based room is a favourite of many.

TUSCANY
A superior room, located on the first floor, Tuscany has views across Belgravia to the South-West.
Tuscany features a King Size solid wood carved bed under a beautiful tapestry of Tuscany, exquisite wooden furniture and a reading/work table with comfy chairs in the window bay.
The remote control TV is a 26" HDTV with separate DVD player.
The bright and airy en-suite shower room is attractively finished with a mosaic tiled wall and contrasting floor.

LOMBOK
Lombok is in a quiet location on the lower-ground floor.
This bedroom is a large room with a king-size Indonesian Sleigh bed set on solid maple flooring and a huge, carved, antique wooden sofa with an excess of cushions.
The en-suite, finished in a modern style in black and white with a free-standing bath (with shower over),
heated towel rail and a smart black 'glitter' floor.
Lombok includes a 32" wall-mounted HDTV and DVD player.

BOOKING TERMS

A minimum 2 night reservation applies to advance bookings for Friday or Saturday nights in the high season (Easter - September) and at Bank Holidays.
Any remaining Friday or Saturday nights may be available for reservation on a last minute basis. Please contact us for details.
Please note that The Hillcroft now has a strict No Smoking policy covering all guest bedrooms, public areas and the bar. Guests may smoke in the garden.
We regret, no stag, hen or similar all male/female parties.
We welcome youngsters over the age of 12, provided they are accompanied by their parents.
Payment card details taken upon reservation are held by The Hillcroft for cancellation and damage payments only.
No deposit payment is taken unless specifically advised at the time of booking.
Cancellation: Terms are: over 4 weeks 5%;
under 4 weeks but over 2 weeks 10%;
under 2 weeks but over 1 week 25%, under 1 week 50%.
No shows and cancellation within 24hours 100%.
Damage: The Hillcroft reserves the right to charge for the replacement,
cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the hotel,
damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken.
In this event the payment card will be charged without prior consent being required
against invoice(s) that will be provided for the costs incurred.
